The Job

We are searching for a talented Digital Marketer to conduct research and implement new strategies to elevate our company’s and client's visibility and drive sales.

A background in basic marketing principles is essential for this position, but you should also be skilled in digital channels such as SEO, PPC, Email, social media and e-commerce. As our Digital marketer, you will be responsible for developing solutions to improve traffic and conversion rates on our website. You should be familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Illustrator and Klaviyo. Ultimately, the expectation is that you will be able to use your creativity and knowledge of digital marketing to transform our company’s communication campaigns.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,507.00 - $62,573.00 per year

Schedule: 40 hours/week


  • Build and optimize SEO, PPC and email campaigns to drive traffic and leads.
  • Create original and effective content and graphics tailored to relevant social media platforms.
  • Manage all aspects of social media presence (e.g. Facebook page, Twitter profile etc.).
  • Create and execute email campaigns that achieve marketing goals for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create an engaging user experience on websites, blogs and landing pages using A/B testing, surveys, analytics and heat map tools.
  • Understand the target customer and build personas to define a customer-centric user experience.
  • Perform analysis of competitor websites and their campaigns to evaluate performance metrics (e.g. conversion rate).
  • Research online customer needs and create strategies for engaging users with relevant content that meets those needs.
  • Report on key performance indicators and lead generation initiatives
  • Build Budget Recommendations & Pitch Decks
  • Document campaign evolution to monitor the overall performance and identify best practices.
  • Present account reviews internally as well as to clients
  • Explore new opportunities to grow campaigns more efficiently and effectively
  • Test new channels and trends to build credibility, remain competitive, and have possess an added value
  • Ensure a data-led approach to all activities, creating a clear test & learn strategy
  • Gather and/or contribute to content & copywriting for internal and external campaigns


  • BS/BA in Marketing or any related field
  • Proficient in deriving insights from data, fluent in slicing/dicing data
  • Performance marketing experience highly desirable
  • Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Gmail,
  • Basic technical knowledge is a plus (HTML, Tags)
  • Knowledge and experience in retargeting/remarketing
  • Experience on SEMRush, Shopify, Klaviyo, and Yoast is preferred. Google AdWords or other marketing/media platforms experience a plus
  • Copywriting experience preferred
