01 · The brief

A premium skincare brand trapped in a stack that couldn’t scale with it.

Sorella Apothecary built a loyal D2C following and a wholesale network of estheticians and spas — but their commerce stack stopped scaling with the brand. WooCommerce limited conversion, mobile UX broke at the funnel’s widest point, and wholesale ordering forced buyers off-site.

The brand identity hadn’t kept pace either. The visual system and content didn’t reflect the luxurious, modern positioning of the product line — leaving sales and retail placement on the table.
