Creating a Scalable Identity for a Growing Franchise

Burrata House operates in food & beverage — a category that demands its own kind of attention from the brand and the buyer journey both. The work that got the company this far had earned its market share. The brand and digital surface area weren’t carrying the weight at the same level the rest of the operation was.

Burrata House faced the challenge of needing a scalable brand identity that could be applied consistently across various touchpoints, including in-store displays, packaging, food trucks, and digital platforms. The goal was to create a cohesive and engaging brand that communicated the quality and authenticity of their Italian burrata offerings while being flexible enough to support their rapid expansion.

The brief was a system rebuild — the kind of work captured in our master frame: Developing a Comprehensive and Flexible Brand Identity. Brand strategy, identity refresh, customer-facing experience design, and the post-launch measurement framework that lets the in-house team extend the work without us in the room.
