A 14-day diagnostic for Shopify stores doing real revenue.
Two senior strategists, four engineers, fourteen business days. The Blueprint is a fixed-price audit of your storefront, app stack, brand architecture, and growth model — ending in a 90-day roadmap and a financial case for what to fix first.
Most rebuild proposals are written before the diagnosis.
You don't need a quote.
You need to know whether the problem is the theme, the apps, the data model, the brand — or all four. A scoped quote written before that answer is a guess in a tuxedo.
The dashboards don't agree.
GA4 says one thing, Shopify says another, Klaviyo a third. The Blueprint reconciles them and points at the one number that's actually losing you money.
An audit, not a sales pitch.
The Blueprint is a fixed-price deliverable. You can take it to another agency, or your in-house team. Most clients don't — but the option is the point.
A 60-page document, line by line.
7 audits · 1 roadmap · 1 financial model.The 90-day roadmap + ROI model.
Every fix sequenced by impact and effort, with a financial model that ties each line to revenue. We don't deliver a Blueprint without a number on it — you should know what every recommendation is worth.
Performance audit (LCP / CLS / INP).
Real-user metrics on PDP, PLP, cart and checkout. Mobile and desktop. Compared against your category benchmarks.
App stack rationalization.
Every installed app, what it costs, what it duplicates, what it could be replaced with. Most clients save $1,800–$4,000/mo on this section alone.
Brand architecture review
Where the brand lives in the storefront — and where it doesn't.
Lifecycle & retention audit
Klaviyo flows, SMS, post-purchase, win-back — mapped to LTV.
SEO & organic baseline
Indexability, schema, content gaps, technical debt — quantified.
CRO opportunity sizing
Funnel analysis, friction points, the 3 tests we'd run first.
Data model & integration map
One diagram of where customer data lives, leaks, and lies.

Senior strategists. Senior engineers. No interns, no offshore. Shopify Plus PartnerHonest fit
Who the Blueprint is for — and who it isn’t.
Best fit
- Doing $5M–$50M in DTC revenue — enough volume that audit findings carry statistical weight.
- A team that owns the store post-Blueprint — one operator empowered to act on it.
- Considering a re-platform, brand refresh, or agency switch — and want a number before signing.
- Frustrated with three dashboards that disagree about the same revenue.
Skip it if
- You already know what to fix — start at the Build tier; we'll credit a free 60-min scoping call.
- Under $1M in revenue — leverage usually sits in marketing or product, not engineering.
- You're shopping for the cheapest implementation quote — the Blueprint isn't a discount mechanism.
- No internal owner for the recommendations — a roadmap with no operator is shelfware.
The Blueprint is step one. Then comes the work.

Things people ask before they sign.
What if the Blueprint just tells us we're fine?+
It happens — about 1 in 12 engagements. You get the document, we tell you to put your money into paid acquisition or product instead, and the $3,500 was the cheapest way to find that out. We don’t invent problems we can sell solutions to.
How is this different from a free agency audit?+
A free audit is a sales document — it’s designed to make a rebuild look necessary. The Blueprint is a paid deliverable with senior strategists and engineers spending 14 days on it. The economics force honesty: if we tell you nothing’s wrong, we’re still paid.
Can we share the Blueprint with another agency?+
Yes. The document is yours. About 15% of clients take it to another implementation partner, an in-house team, or sit on it for a quarter. We’d rather you do the right thing than the convenient thing.
What access do you need from us?+
Read-only Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo, Search Console, and your top three apps. We provision via collaborator accounts — nothing stays after the engagement closes. We’ll send a checklist at kickoff.
Who runs the engagement?+
Two senior strategists (one commerce, one brand) and four engineers (theme, integrations, performance, data). All in-house. No interns, no offshore, no project managers as a buffer between you and the people doing the work.
Is the $3,500 really credited toward implementation?+
Yes. 100%. If you move into a Build engagement within 90 days of Blueprint delivery, the $3,500 is deducted from your first invoice. No expiration tricks, no minimums.
How quickly can we start?+
We run two Blueprint engagements at a time. Most kick off within 2–3 weeks of a signed agreement — sometimes sooner if there’s an opening.
Do you do this for B2B / wholesale stores?+
Yes. We have a B2B-specific Blueprint variant covering price lists, company profiles, net terms, ERP/EDI integrations, and the wholesale-DTC unification question. Same price, same timeline.
Find out what your store is actually losing.
Two slots open this month. A 30-minute call to see if it's a fit, and a fixed price either way. The next 14 business days could change your roadmap.
