01 · The brief

Aligning Online Presence with Innovation

Clear Capital operates in b2b & technology — a category that demands its own kind of attention from the brand and the buyer journey both. The work that got the company this far had earned its market share. The brand and digital surface area weren’t carrying the weight at the same level the rest of the operation was.

Clear Capital, a leader in real estate technology since 2001, has built a reputation for innovation and modernization. However, their website lacked these values. The outdated design was not only difficult to navigate but also failed to effectively communicate the value propositions of their diverse product offerings. This misalignment led to declining user engagement, conversion rates, and overall customer satisfaction.

The brief was a system rebuild — the kind of work captured in our master frame: A Comprehensive Website Redesign and Optimization. Brand strategy, identity refresh, customer-facing experience design, and the post-launch measurement framework that lets the in-house team extend the work without us in the room.

02 · The approach

A Comprehensive Website Redesign and Optimization

Pillar 01

Web Blueprint & Audit

Commence Studio conducted an in-depth analysis of Clear Capital's website traffic patterns, mobile usability, site speed, and structure.

Pillar 02

Website Redesign:

We overhauled the website with a modern, user-friendly interface that truly reflects Clear Capital's brand identity.

Pillar 03

Performance Optimization:

The website was rebuilt from the ground up, focusing on performance. This included optimized images, streamlined code, and efficient server configurations to improve loading times and reduce server strain.

Pillar 04

Content Strategy:

We restructured the website's content, implementing a mega menu and shortening URLs. This made it easier for users to find product pages and resources, reducing frustration and increasing lead submissions.

Pillar 05

Embedded with the in-house team, not parachuted in.

Multi-month or multi-year embedded engagement — fortnightly sprints, weekly syncs, async-friendly Loom updates. Trust built through delivering, not pitching.

Embedded team Sprints
Pillar 06

A design system that scales across product and marketing.

Token-based design system covering hardware product UI, web app, marketing site, paid creative, and sales enablement — same primitives across every surface.

Design system Multi-platform

The brand and the operation now run at the same level. The system extends without us in the room — exactly the kind of partnership we were looking for.
